Sellers may reference a genuine, authentic brand name solely to accurately describe an authentic product they are lawfully entitled to sell (for example, "genuine Samsung earphones, imported and unopened"). Using a brand name to imply a false affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by that brand is not permitted.
Orderer is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, inspect, or independently verify every item listed by third-party sellers. While we act on valid infringement reports, rights holders remain responsible for monitoring use of their intellectual property and submitting reports where necessary.
Orderer may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or Platform operations. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
