Delivery time depends on the seller, your location, and the delivery method chosen. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page and again at checkout before you confirm your order.
You can request a cancellation from your order details page before the seller marks it as shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available — you would instead need to arrange a return once it's delivered.
Open the order from your dashboard and select "Report a Problem" within the return window stated on the listing. Include photos where possible — this speeds up resolution significantly or best contact support.
Orderer accepts major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and payments via your Orderer wallet, depending on what's enabled at checkout for your account and location.
Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or Orderer wallet. Processing time varies by payment provider — see our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. Orderer does not store your full card details on its own servers — payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment partners with industry-standard encryption.
Your wallet holds refunds, cashback, and any funds you top up, so you can pay for future orders instantly without re-entering payment details. Manage it anytime from "Payment Options" in your dashboard.
Click Start Selling, complete your seller profile, and submit any required verification documents. Once approved, you can start listing products, services, or properties immediately.
Orderer charges a commission on completed sales, which varies by category. Full details are available on the Fees & Commission page in your seller dashboard once you're registered.
Payouts are released to your seller wallet after the buyer's confirmed the order item(s) or return window closes with no dispute raised. You can then withdraw to your bank account from your seller dashboard.

Go to Book a Delivery, enter your pickup and drop-off details, choose depending on your load, location, price range and confirm. You can track your delivery live from your Dashboard > Delivery
Yes, deliveries booked through Orderer's delivery network are covered up to the limits stated at the time of booking. Details are shown before you confirm a delivery.
